Rule of Thirds

In photography, there is a rule called the rule of thirds. It usually has a grid made of 9 squares that has an emphasis on 4 middle points that draw the eye. I took 2 images that show the rule of thirds, one that focuses on 9 windows lined up, focusing on the grid that separates them, and the other that focuses on a school buggy where the points are on a window, a sign, a wheel, and wheel guard.
The rule of thirds has taught me how to make viewers of my photos focus on certain points. When viewers eyes are drawn to points, you can make photos really interesting and different, causing an effect of uniqueness. Movies use their cinematography to have the viewer focus on important things the the audience should focus on. Without the rule of thirds as a starter, we couldn’t get perfect shots that draw our eyes.
